Exchanges and returns politics:

Astele clients are free to exchange their products and we will help you in this process. See, below, the exchange hypotheses and how we are going to proceed.

 

Exchange period: you have up to 7 days, after receivement the product, to contact us and request an exchange.You can send a message to contato@asteleatelie.com.br by e-mail saying the reason for the exchange, and we will realize out your request exchanging it (for the product you choose), or returning your money. But stay alert! After this period, we will no longer accept the exchange.

 

Conditions: We do not exchange or accept returns for products that have been used, washed, stained, or modified, either with adjustments, or in any other way. The products must be returned in perfect condition, with tags and seals, and, after analysis and confirmation that everything is within the required conditions, we will proceed with the exchange process.

You can request an exchange for another product and pay the difference, if there is. However, we do not refund the difference in the purchase. If you prefer, you can ask for your money back. If you do not want to exchange for another product, you will have a credit on the website that can be used within 12 months.

 

About shipping: We will split the shipping with you. To return the product to us, the shipping is at your own expense. Afterwards, we will send the new product, via PAC, and this expense will be on our account.
