Exchanges and returns politics

 

Our clients are free to exchange our products whenever they wish, and we will help you in this process. See below the exchange possibilities and how we are going to proceed:

 

Exchange term: you have up to 7 days, after receivement the product, to contact us and request an exchange. You can send a message to the e-mail: contato@asteleatelie.com.br saying the reason for the exchange, and we will perform out your request, exchanging it for another product you want; or returning your money. Be alert! After this period, we will no longer accept the exchange.

 

Conditions: We do not exchange or accept returns for products that have been used, washed, stained, or modified, either with adjustments, or in any other way. The product must be returned in perfect condition, with tags and seals, and, after analysis and confirmation that everything is within the required conditions, we will proceed with the exchange process.

 

You can request an exchange for another product and pay the difference, if there is. However, we do not refund the difference of the purchase. If you prefer, you can ask for your money back. If you do not want to exchange for another product, you will have a credit on the website that can be used within 12 months.

 

About shipping: We will split the shipping with you. To return the product to us, the shipping is at your own expense. Afterwards, we will ship the new product, via PAC, and this expense will be paid by us.
